That's why I'm studying environmental engineering essentially to try and protect water and such in the developing world. I'm not really a fan of any large scale messing about with the earth by tilting, cloud seeding, releasing chemicals into the atmosphere... geophysics and environmental chemistry are too complicated to mess with. I'm not sure it's a good idea to mess around any more. Mitigating our impact in manageable ways is more my strategy on life. tread lightly...
